Group Writer
We have extensively re-worked the group writer function making it much more intuitive for example it now allows :-
- Simple creation and saving of assigned groups
- Facility to add text paragraphs to selected groups
Pupil Wizard
Adding pupils at the start of reports is now very easy with :-
- A wizard to guide through adding pupil lists directly from managament systems
- The facility to add class lists directly from a Word document

Comment Banks
The comment banks have been re-styled to reflect the recent changes in the curriculum with a new faster "tree structure" making it easier to scroll and quickly select specific comment sets
There are also additional comment banks phrased to allow schools to report on creative thematic curriculum topics
It is now much easier to add comments :-
- Add statement(s) directly from word and other external documents
- Use a simple one click feature to create and add own comments to the program
- Save blocks of text within the comment bank
Backing up
We have increased the back up and saving capacity so that you have:-
- Printing and view archiving past reports (pupils archived automatically each year)
- Recovery menu now includes 20 automatic backups
