You should have been given either a licence name, user-name and password OR a voucher code.
We call this process 'Validating' your licence name and user-name.
If you have one, enter your licence name in the provided box, the 'case' of the licence name does not matter. Click 'Search' once you think you have entered the correct licence.
ReportPlus will now search our online system for the user-names allocated to your licence name.
Use the pull-down to select your user-name, if you are the Administrator then choose the same user-name as the licence. If you are a teacher then choose the user-name that your administrator has given you. Enter your password then click 'Validate'.
After you have been validated then within a few moments you may see some automatic licence upgrade messages.
