Each time you save a backup of the previous save is made.

Save a copy of your reports to a special folder, you can rapidly swap views between current and past reports.

Save a copy of the current reports to all attached memory sticks.
•Upload to server
Upload a copy to ReportServer, you can download this at another location or others can use it to preview merged reports.
Make a full backup of all reports and settings.
