You can make a complete archive backup of your reports and all the settings in options. The format of the archive is compatible with a regular .zip file.
From within the options window, click the 'Archive' icon.
To create a new archive of everything, just click "New archive'. If you would like to archive particular items, just un-tick the items you don't want to archive (before you click 'New archive'). Once created, the new archive will appear in the list.
Restoring an archive:
In the unlikely event that you need to restore an archive, first click the archive you want to restore from the list.
Then make sure that the items you want to restore from the archive are ticked (the default is for all items to be ticked). When you are ready click 'Restore'. In the example screen-shot only 'Custom print pages' and 'Signatures' will be restored from '27/02/2011'.
If you need to delete an archive then it couldn't be easier, just select the archive from the list and click 'Delete archive'.
